Journey
In the early 90's I produced and concert entitled 'A Folk Journey thru Time' in which I included several friends performing traditional American folk songs as well as a number of my songs.
It seems the world has yet to attain the goal dreamed of in this song, so I will continue to sing it and encourage others to do so as well.

Journey
For the sake of the souls who have passed through the ages
For the songs that have rolled off our tongues
For the hearts of the children who will still turn the pages
In the hopes that our world will be one
For the song of the teardrops that will bring us the flowers
With the rise of the new morning sun
For the hearts of the children who will still turn the pages
In the days when our journey is done
